If your plan includes EAP benefits, the following are eligible for all services: All members enrolled in the plan, legal dependents of the subscriber, and individuals residing with the subscriber as their primary residence. Services are subject to state minor consent laws.

Your Emotional Wellbeing Solutions *

  • Is a set of services provided to you and members of your household by your employer at no cost to you
  • Provides easy access to an Emotional Wellbeing Specialist by phone any time
  • May connect you to no-cost, short-term counseling visits with a therapist, financial and legal support, and help with community resources

Your behavioral health benefits:

  • Are part of the same health insurance plan that pays for medical care
  • Help you pay for out-patient therapy, psychiatry and in-patient hospitalizations for the treatment of depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, eating disorders, autism and more
  • May require you to pay out of pocket expenses such as co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles
